The KOBA exhibition was first held by the Korea Broadcasting Technology Federation and the Korean government in 1991, in order to improve the development and cultural exchange of the domestic broadcast video, audio and lighting industries.

As the only professional exhibition in Korea, KOBA is held by South Korea’s Eandex and the Korean Broadcasting Technologists’ Association, and is organized by the Ministry of General Knowledge Economy, Broadcasting and Communications Committee, Seoul Special City, KBS, MBC, SBS, EBS, Korea Video Industry Association, Korea Acoustics Society, Korea Acoustic Artists Association, Korea Electronic Communication Research Institute and other related agencies and organizations and broadcasting companies supported by KOBA have now developed into world-class broadcasting, Audio, stage, lighting equipment exhibition.

This exhibition attracted 42,459 spectators to participate in the KOBA exhibition. 398 companies displayed cutting-edge audiovisual products such as UHD, 4K, and LED, and LED display commodities hit a record high in the number of exhibits.
