HouseHold Expo, Moscow, Russia is an international exhibition specially designed for housewares. It is organized by Russia’s largest association of houseware manufacturers, co-organized by Mayer J, and sponsored by the Russian Federation Chamber of Commerce and the Moscow government.

The exhibition has been successfully held for 16 sessions, and the 2016 spring exhibition is the 17th. The exhibition provides an international trading platform for participating companies from all over the world and is an effective way to develop new products and technologies.

Every year, the exhibition gathers merchants from all over the world to display their professional technology and promote brands, which helps to establish cooperative relations with manufacturers and buyers and absorb the latest industry news.

During the exhibition, professional seminars, product exhibitions and seminars will also be held at the same time, providing a wider communication space for various businesses.

The 2015 autumn exhibition was collectively unveiled at Crocus' three major exhibition halls, with a total exhibition area of more than 10,000 square meters and nearly 600 exhibiting companies.

Large-scale exhibitors from Russia and neighboring countries all showed up on site with special equipment. The area of special decoration is more than 50%.

53% of Russian local buyers and international professional buyers from Europe, Japan, the Philippines and Hong Kong came to the exhibition. I believe that in the 2015 autumn exhibition, more exhibitors will be attracted to participate. 

Overview of the Russian economy: As the world’s largest country, Russia is rich in resources and powerful. Its per capita income has reached 12,600 US dollars. The unemployment rate and inflation have remained low. The ratio of government debt to GDP is only 13%, which is significantly lower than most developed countries. The level, with more than 500 billion US dollars of reserves, is among the top few in the world. Pro-business reforms are being implemented. The Russian consumption-driven middle class has tripled in the past five years.

Russia mainly imports industrial equipment and consumer goods from the West. Although it has been nearly a year since the West sanctioned Russia, the ruble has generally gone round.

However, as the world's largest manufacturing country and the largest cargo trading country, China is fully capable of supplying Russia with almost all the industrial equipment and consumer goods it needs.

With China's strong backup, it can be expected that the Russian economy will soon recover after a brief downturn, and the sanctions in Europe and America will not last long.
