The European Parking Association was founded in 1983 and is a protection organization of the European Parking Association. The National Member Association represents the car park sector which is operated and managed by private companies and public institutions for online and off-street parking space structures and services.

The European Parking Equipment Exhibition EPA is held annually in different European and international cities. The members of the exhibition represent the supply industry and provide all related products and services related to parking lots. The EPA aims to promote cooperation between professional parking organizations in different European countries, exchange and mutual support of professional experience among members, and may have an impact on the measures and resolutions of the European Commission and other relevant international institutions related to parking and urban transportation.
