The China Baking Exhibition was founded in 1997 and is the first professional exhibition in the Chinese baking industry. It was originally the 'National Baking Industry Raw Materials and Equipment Exhibition and China International Baking Sweets and Western Food Materials and Equipment Exhibition'. Beijing, Wuhan, Guangzhou, Shanghai and other places touring exhibitions have accumulated the industry's most senior network resources over the years. Due to the rapid development of the exhibition due to the restrictions of the exhibition venues at that time, it was determined to be held in the Guangzhou Canton Fair every May from the seventh session in 2003, and the name of the exhibition was changed to 'China Baking Exhibition' in the ninth session in 2005. Since its inception, after 22 years of ups and downs, China Baking Exhibition has become the largest and most popular baking exhibition in China, and it has attracted the enthusiasm of the baking colleagues at home and abroad, especially the baking industry in southern China and Southeast Asia.  

China Baking Exhibition is a service project that combines the service advantages of the National Federation of Industry and Commerce Baking Industry Association with a mature exhibition platform. After 22 years of ups and downs, today's China Baking Exhibition has become the largest and most professional baking exhibition in China, attracting the enthusiasm of baking colleagues at home and abroad.

As the first professional bakery industry exhibition in China, China Baking Exhibition first proposed the idea of dividing the exhibition area by product category in domestic food exhibitions in the world, and took the step of connecting with the international; the ASEAN Pavilion participated in the exhibition for five consecutive years The continuous expansion of the scale and the close and comprehensive cooperation with the International Hualian Baking Association have fully demonstrated the huge influence of China Baking Exhibition in the field of international baking.
